Each year we look for ways to improve Golden Hill Little League. One of the methods we use to do that is the Manager/Coach Evaluation forms. 

Manager/Coach evaluation forms are available from your team parent, for all divisions.

Every team must submit their evaluations prior to "equipment turn in" in order to receive their trophies. 

If a parent would like to submit their evaluation separately, they may turn it in to any board member and/or to the box that is in the snack bar. 

Our goal is to receive 100% of the parents' evaluations so that we can provide the best youth baseball program possible. If anyone did not receive an evaluation from their team, you may download it here.

Dear GHLL AAA/Major/Junior/Senior Families,
 
All Star voting will occur soon.  In order to prepare for the vote, it is beneficial for the league to know who is both interested and available to play in All Stars, as well as those who are not interested.  The Commitment Contract is a mechanism that we use to create the ballot.  We recognize that there are some players that simply cannot make the commitment, due to vacations, alternate activities, etc.  Those players will not appear on the ballot and will not take an unnecessary vote away from another potential candidate.  Please seriously consider the commitment and complete the form on page 2 "2012 All Star Commitment."  We would appreciate all players responding, regardless of their decision.   
 
Thank you for your consideration of this request and for playing in our league this year.  You may follow the All Star tournament on our website and we encourage you to come to as many games as possible, in support of the players of our league.  If you have any questions regarding All Stars please read the All Star Process document or contact ray.palmer@ghll.net.

Parents looking for a way to get your child training and development? The Cal State Fullerton Titans has this message.

We would like to inform you of our great summer baseball camps and our new website www.titanbaseballacademy.com The Titan Youth summer baseball camps are for kids ages 6-12 years old and run 5 days.  The camp focuses on improving basic fundamental skills which include infield, outfield, catching, pitching, base running, and team work that will prepare them for their upcoming Fall Season.  Camp employees are Titan Baseball Coaches, local high school coaches, as well as current Titan baseball players. The Coach to Camper ratio will be 7:1 for our youth camps.

Golden Hill Little League is looking for a few good men and women to serve on the 2013 Board of Directors.  Please consider getting involved in your child's experience with GHLL as a board member.  We need your help in moving forward as we grow and develop into one of the best Little Leagues in the area.

If you are interested in serving, at any level, please send an email to our League President, Ray Palmer at Ray.Palmer@ghll.net telling of your interest.  A Board member term is two years and begin October 1, 2012 and run through September 30, 2014.  Ballots will be mailed to all player households in August. 

Little League baseball, which began in 1939, now has over 2.5 million children participating in all 50 states. Organized sports teach kids teamwork and self-esteem, and give some kids a lifelong passion. Baseball, more than any other sport, allows for the opportunity for even the weakest participants to be in a position to win a big game for his or her team.

These are memories people never forget.

Parents, enjoy it all! Soon enough our kids will be grown and all that we will be left with is the memory of a sunny Saturday afternoon at the park with hundreds of kids in their baseball uniforms beaming with excitement and having the time of their lives!

If you would like to volunteer and be a part of Golden Hill Little League, we have many positions available. Your child's team needs volunteers, and the league needs volunteers and our concession stands need volunteers. Thank you to everyone involved with Golden Hill Little League for making this a wonderful time!
