Recognizing those who have generously donated their 2020 Spring Season refund to support GHLL and local families who have been impacted by COVID-19
Refund Amounts : Refund amount per registrant can be up to $99.54. This would include a prorated registration refund of $34.54, a $15 yearbook refund (if purchased), and a $50 refund for snack shack (if paid during registration).
Refund Calculations: The accounting involved to arrive at the prorated registration refund of $34.54 can be found HERE . The refund amounts for yearbooks and snack shack mirror the amounts paid.
Community Card Fundraiser : Conversations with the vendor continue, but at this time they are not offering refunds. A final determination on this matter will be made by June 1st at the earliest.
Corporate Sponsors: We will be reaching out to all our sponsors within the next two weeks to let them know how we plan to continue to honor their support.
Pictures : Pictures are completed and are available for Team Parents to safely pickup and distribute. Make-up pictures are still in process as the vendor has been delayed because of state ordered closure.
When Can We Play : We are working hard to create a program this Fall that will offer the children of Golden Hill the opportunity to play nearly as much as they would have experienced this Spring. We are developing best practices and COVID-19 safety guidelines in advance so that, if the opportunity presents itself, we can comply with local & Little League requirements that will keep our kids safe. In addition, we are working with the City of Fullerton to obtain additional fields that would normally be granted to traditional fall sports. Rest assured, we are doing all we can to offer our kids the ability to get back out there to see their friends, get exercise, and have fun...in the safest way possible!
