Elections :
   Elections take place before the start of each new season, which begins in October. Each year, about half of the board seats, each serving a two-year term, become available through nominations. Anyone interested in learning more about a board seat or being nominated for a position for the 2025-2026 season should send an email inquiry to [email protected] by July 31, 2026.

Board Meetings :  Meetings are typically held on the first Monday of each month and are open to all members in good standing who wish to attend. Please see our calendar for confirmed meetings.

Minutes As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the State of California, minutes are available upon request to any member in good standing. Please note that processing such requests may take up to five business days. Request should be sent to [email protected]

To protect the integrity of Golden Hill  by ensuring that no decisions are made based on personal interests that could undermine the organization’s mission or reputation. CLICK HERE

Annual General Membership Meeting : Each year, Golden Hill hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM). If important governance updates require a vote, the meeting will be held at a special venue capable of accommodating a larger audience. In years when no vote is necessary, the AGM typically takes place during a league event, giving members the opportunity to meet the leadership team, receive updates, and ask questions about all things Golden Hill.
